CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty. If less than 24 hours notice is given, applicable fees will apply. (50% of the service booked) NO SHOWS 50% of the service fee is required to be paid for missing the appointment slot without communication. In order to re-book in the future, this fee will need to be paid in full and an active credit card could be required on file at all times. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 15 minutes late for your hair appointment, this may result in a shortened service or an appointment cancellation all together. If you show up late and we no longer have enough time to perform the scheduled service, 50% of the service fee is required to be paid. This is not fair to make the next client wait for their scheduled appointment. We also will not move another client’s appointment due to the fact the other client can no longer do that appointment time. Please note, gift cards CANNOT be used to pay late fees or no shows fees. These can be paid for by debit, credit and cash only. RETURNS All items sold are final sale. In the case that something is defective, we will provide a new item at no cost. No refunds will be given at any time. All discounted / clearance items are final sale. No exchanges will be provided on clearance items. Please note - we cannot provide any exchanges past 30 days of the purchase date. LOYALTY CARDS Loyalty cards are applicable to a select few services. If you forget your card, you miss out on that signature. We will not sign cards for past appointments. Signatures apply to full priced services only. Discounted services do not count towards loyalty cards. THINGS TO KNOW - Please be patient when waiting for a reply as we could be with another client at the time and refrain from sending multiple messages. - We will get back to you as soon as possible! - You will receive both an email and text confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder of your upcoming booking. - If you wish to change your appointment, you can do so by contacting the salon. - Online booking is available! - Forms of payment accepted at Alchemy include cash, debit and credit. E-transfers are not accepted. - There is street parking available. Please note there are steps leading up to the salon.Please be mindful of this. - We have seating in the hair salon.
